Our primary objective is to study the combinatorial aspects of the restriction $\\mathcal{A}^{(B,\\bm b)}$ to the solution space of $B\\bm x=\\bm b$, and its reduction $\\mathcal{A}_q^{(B,\\bm b)}$ modulo $q$.
