We show that $ρ$ satisfies a measurable $(1,1,2)-$hypertransversality condition. With this we define a measurable Gromov product and the Bowen-Margulis-Sullivan measure associated to the unstable Jacobian introduced by Pozzetti, Sambarino and Wienhard.
