By integrating out the environment, we obtain an influence functional governed by a dressed environmental correlator evaluated at the boundary positions. Its retarded and Hadamard components govern coherent mediation and correlated fluctuations, respectively. Relative motion activates the leading resonant contribution to correlated decoherence through Doppler-shifted spectral overlap of the boundary excitations.
