By exploiting the residual rotational symmetry, we construct exact classical solutions corresponding to pointlike electric and magnetic charges. We demonstrate that noncommutativity acts as a natural regulator, ensuring a finite total electromagnetic energy and thereby resolving the classical self-energy divergence.
