We show that $\\mathcal{J}(G)$ and the property for a $G$-representation to extend to a $\\mathcal{J}(G)$-module are defined over $\\overline{\\mathbb{Q}_\\ell}$, and hence make sense in the context of the categorical local Langlands correspondence.
