Starting from a constrained five-point Fuchsian description of the non-extremal angular equation, we obtain its extreme limit by decoupling a hypermultiplet in the dual four-dimensional $\\mathcal{N}=2$, $\\mathrm{SU(2)}\\times \\mathrm{SU(2)}$ linear quiver gauge theory. We derive the parameter dictionary and renormalized Matone relations, and connect the physical limit $Q\\to M$ to the quiver decoupling by an explicit coordinate transformation.
