A metric is defined on this space, its completion $\\overleftarrow{\\mathcal{L}_{N}^{r}}$ is established and the aforementioned group actions are extended to the completion. A decomposition of the completion into multiple smaller spaces $\\mathcal{L}_N^s$ is proven.
