We classify the irreducible unitary representations of $G$ of purely bad parity: such a representation is unitary if and only if it is of Arthur type, except for one additional family when $G=\\textrm{Sp}_{2n}(F)$. In particular, we confirm the remaining case of Ciubotaru's conjecture for $\\textrm{SO}_{2n+1}(F)$, namely that every unitary unipotent representation with integral infinitesimal parameter is of Arthur type.","category":"research","comments":0,"disputed":false,"division":"math","mentions":0,"discussed":0,"published":"2026-10-30","reactions":{}}
