In the paper, we provide a lower bound of the first non-zero basic eigenvalue on a closed singular Riemannian manifold $(M^n,\mathcal{F})$ having basic mean curvature that depends on the given lower bound of the Ricci curvature $Ric(M)\geq (n-1)K$ and the diameter of the leaf space $d_{M/\mathcal{F}}$. For foliations given by points, the results cover estimates of the first non-zero eigenvalues lower bounds, which are Zhong-Yang estimate, Yang estimate and Shi-Yang estimate. We also show a rigidity result that corresponds to the case of $Ric(M)\geq 0$. This is a generalization of Hang-Wang…
