The Fully Inhomogeneous $p$-Adic Littlewood Conjecture
We prove that for almost every $α\in\mathbb{R}$, the \textit{fully inhomogeneous $p$-adic Littlewood Conjecture} holds; namely, $$\forall\, δ\in\mathbb{R},\;\forall\, κ\in\mathbb{Z}_p, \quad \liminf_{|q|\rightarrow+\infty}\, q\,\langle qα+δ\rangle\,|q+κ|_p=0.$$ Here, $\langle\cdot\rangle$ denotes the distance to the nearest integer and $|\cdot|_p$ denotes the $p$-adic norm. Moreover, we prove this conjecture for every quadratic irrational $α$. This gives an affirmative answer to the $p$-adic version of a question posed by Cassels in [Cas59].
