On Simon's area-minimizing hypersurfaces with fractal singular sets

We verify that the stable minimal hypersurfaces with prescribed singular sets constructed by Leon Simon are area-minimizing. Thus, Simon's work settles the existence of area-minimizing hypersurfaces with fractal singular sets.
