Optimal Control of Prox-Regular Sweeping Processes with Variable Time

The paper is devoted to a broad class of optimal control problems governed by constrained sweeping processes with controlled dynamics, controlled prox-regular moving sets, and variable time included in the optimization process. Employing an advanced version of the method of discrete approximations, we verify its well-posedness with appropriate strong convergence of feasible and optimal solutions.
