Splitting of projective modules over some affine algebras

This article focuses on defining the Euler class group of stably free module and analyzes the condition for existence of unimodular element in corresponding projective module.This is an improvisation of work by Banerjee and Das, On a question of Nori:Obstructions,improvements and appliaction. If A is a smooth affine algebra over certain affaine algebras.
