A new proof of equality cases of the Brunn-Minkowski inequality on manifolds

We give a new proof of equality cases of the Brunn-Minkowski inequality on manifolds, following the work of Balogh-Krisátly. Our proof extends also to equality cases of the strong Brunn-Minkowski inequality, introduced by Magnabosco-Portinale-Rossi.
