A nontopological triangulated category which is $θ$-dg enhanced

For every nonzero commutative ring $R$ and infinite cardinal $θ$, we construct a nontopological triangulated category over $R$, whose thick subcategories generated by $<θ$ objects admit $R$-linear dg enhancements, while the scalar action of $R$ is faithful.
