Enhanced Langlands Parameters of Regular Principal Series

We describe the enhanced Langlands parameters of the irreducible constituents of a regular principal series of a quasi-split reductive group over a non-archimedean local field of characteristic zero. Starting from the chamber parametrization by Rodier and Luo, we determine the monodromy of each constituent and show that its enhancement is trivial. In particular, we obtain the corresponding parameter of the unique irreducible subrepresentation.
