Maximal velocity estimates for Hardy operators

We prove maximal velocity estimates for the fractional Laplacian with an added subcritical Hardy potential, called Hardy operator, and possibly external potentials. As an application, we give another proof of the nonexistence of the wave operator intertwining Hardy operators with and without long-range perturbations with Coulomb decay.
