Rank reduction in orthosymplectic types

This note establishes a rank reduction for RLL-realization of quantum affine supergroups of orthosymplectic type. In the rational limit, this provides a more conceptual proof of the analogous result for orthosymplectic superYangians from arXiv:2311.18818. We also determine the exact scalar prefactor appearing in the evaluation of the universal $R$-matrix, refining the main result of arXiv:2408.16720.
