A nonarithmetic lattice from a mirror in the Couwenberg-Heckman-Looijenga construction

We prove that the stabilizer of a reflection mirror of the Couwenberg-Heckman-Looijenga lattice $\mathcal{C}(G_{29},3)$ induces a nonarithmetic lattice in $\operatorname{PU}(2,1)$. This lattice is not commensurable with any Deligne-Mostow lattice in $\operatorname{PU}(2,1)$ or any lattice in the twenty-two nonarithmetic classes listed by Deraux, Parker and Paupert.
