Overholonomicity of Overconvergent $F$-isocrystals over Laurent Series Fields

We prove that $K$-valued overconvergent $F$-isocrystals over smooth $k((t))$-varieties are overholonomic and construct the triangulated category of overholonomic complexes of Frobenius type which is stable under six operations and contains overconvergent $F$-isocrsytals.
